We work in partnership with you. We pride ourselves in our flexible approach to meeting your needs – whether that means delivering “bite sized chunks” of training to fit in with your time constraints or carrying out training in the evenings or weekends to fit in with the demands of your business, we will always try to accommodate you. (All of our training courses are carried out in small groups to ensure every delegate has the opportunity to engage fully in the process). We always ensure we have an in-depth understanding of your needs before proposing solutions. We want great results as much as you do!

here’s how we normally work:

  • We will meet with you to get to know you and the needs of your organisation which will form our brief.
  • We will then submit a fully costed proposal to you.
  • We will carry out any necessary research and preparation providing you with outlines and/or updates as necessary.
  • We will then implement the training or consultancy.
  • On completion we will evaluate and review the project and provide you with feedback either face-to –face or in written format, whatever you prefer!
We know that the end of a day’s training is not  necessarily when delegates will have questions so all our training courses include 12months post course delegate support at no extra charge, so every delegate can email or phone the course tutor when they come up against a work problem related to the course content.
